1. Question - What types of items can be dipped?
Answer - We can dip nearly any flat or 3 dimensional shape made from a wide variety of manufacturing materials such
as wood, metal, plastic, fiberglass, and plastic. If paint will adhere to it it can be dipped.

2. Question - How durable is the finish?
Answer - VERY DURABLE! This is the same process used by major manufacturers in the outdoor and automotive industry. It is
durable enough for the most vigorous of outdoor activities. Here at K and K we use all high grade materials. All of the parts
are coated using an automotive urethane clearcoat after being dipped, providing durability as well as UV protection. The finish has
been tested to withstand temperatures of up to 600 degrees. The finish is as durable as your automotive paint finish.

3. Question - Do you warranty your work?
Answer - YES, here at K and K Kustomz we provide a 1 year warranty to our customers against workmanship or material defects.

4. Question - What if I already have a finish on my part.
Answer - No problem, we use several different methods for prepping parts prior to dipping. Some items may require bead blasting or Flame treating, while others may only require light sanding or scuffing. We will work with you to determine what the best method is for the particular part.

5. Question - What kind of finishes do you offer?
Answer - We offer two different finishes either a high gloss or a matte finish.

6. Question - Do I need to clean and disassemble my parts?
Answer - Yes, all parts need to be disassembled and cleaned. Uncleaned parts will be subject to additional charges. please remember we are not gunsmiths, all firearms or bows need to be disassembled prior to shipment. PLEASE ONLY SEND US THE PARTS YOU WANT DIPPED.

7. Question - Can you color match paint?
Answer - YES! we use the PPG paint matching system that allows us to custom match any automotive paint code. Custom matching allows use to use that base color on a large variety of our patterns, such as carbon fiber. This is very useful to the custom bike, automotive building, or anyone requiring that custom look. Extra charges will apply for custom color matching of paint.

8. Question - How long will it take for me to get my parts?
Answer - Our turn around time on most parts is 2 to 4 weeks.

9. Question - How should I care for my parts after I receive them?
Answer - Your parts are now protected with a clearcoat, parts can be easily wiped down with an automotive quick detailer, or mild soap and water. There is no longer a need to use any sort of oil or solvents.
